Rania Elayyan is the firm’s Senior Paralegal and Head of Operations with more than a decade of personal injury and firm management experience. She has been in a position to handle complex cases and improve the firm’s day-to-day work and processes as well as to work on the firm’s business side.
Rania is responsible for the entire development of personal injury cases from the onset to the resolution. She is in close contact with attorneys, clients, medical providers, insurance companies and lienholders to oversee and guide the process of treatment and settlement. She reviews medical records and billing, negotiations of lien, case information and settlement planning.
Rania manages daily workflows and staff support and processes, and helps to build systems that make the firm best for its clients. With an understanding of the legal and operational side of the practice, she can look for growth and efficiency.
Rania’s experience, leadership and dedication to serving clients and colleagues has made her extremely vital to the firm’s success. She still has an important role to play in delivering the services at the firm as a whole and maintaining a very strong client-oriented approach.
